We offer cheese and charcuterie boards, artisanal bread, rubata breadsticks, a glass of wine, and, to finish, a surprise dessert.
Tastings are multi-sensory experiences, available year-round, indoors or outdoors, with comfortable supports to savor each product in privacy.
You will be guided step by step: from an introduction to the products and producers, to an explanation of tasting techniques, to anecdotes about the history of the store and the people who made it special.
It is an authentic way to enter our food culture and discover all facets of local flavors.

- Cost per person: €15.
- Tastings must be booked at least one day in advance.
- We accept small tour groups, with the possibility of setting up tables inside to make the experience even more comfortable.
